Our offices are located in Anthem, Arizona, a beautiful community just north of Phoenix. We started business in 2003 and have grown to the largest household goods claims processor in the US.

Anthem Claim Management (ACM) is a third party administrative firm contracted by your moving company to process their claims. ACM has certified claims adjusters who will review your claim impartially and make a settlement recommendation to your mover.

Anthem Claim Management LLC was formed by Joshua Lewis and Don Ware.

Joshua has 25 years experience in the moving industry. He has been involved in every aspect of the field - from moving furniture to General Manager of a large transporter. He also is an AMSA Certified Claims Adjuster and Arbitrator. Joshua believed he could provide superior administrative support to moving companies as well as save them money. And he was right!! Anthem Claim Management has seen significant growth since its founding.

Don joined Anthem Claim Management in 2004. Long time friends, Joshua realized that Don’s computer expertise could vastly improve his operations and add more services to his clients. Don has 35 years experience in the data processing field. He has a degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and an MBA from Phoenix University. He is also an AMSA Certified Claims Adjuster and Arbitrator.
As we grew we needed more help and additional certified claims adjusters. Robin Ware joined the firm in 2005. Robin has 30 years experience as a teacher (college & high school), a consultant to American Express. He has a Bachelors degree in English. He is also an AMSA Certified Claims Adjuster and Arbitrator.
